Instances in stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, vCPU) and therefore incur charges until the instance is cancelled. Please use the request cancellation button on the customer portal to cancel the instance.
It is a temporary authorization hold charged by your bank (not by us) in order to validate the provided card. This hold will automatically release based on your bank's policy, generally within a few days.

At Dekopon Stack, we attempt to keep cloud pricing as consistent as possible globally. However, due to variation in regional costs (such as networking, hardware, labor, taxes, and fees), certain global data center locations may have different per hour and per month pricing for Dekopon Stack cloud services. Current data center location pricing is always available in the Control Panel.
All servers on your account are billed hourly up to the monthly rate cap. The hourly rate is determined by dividing the monthly rate by 672 hours (28 days). If your server is online for more than 672 hours in a calendar month, you will only be billed the monthly rate. Accumulated charges are invoiced to your account on the 1st of every month.
If you upgrade your instance to a larger plan, the instance will appear on separate invoice line items in the month you upgraded. Each line item will be billed at the hourly rate associated with the plan for the actual number of hours during that period of time. Because of this, you may be billed more than 672 hours in a month (specifically, up to the total hours in that particular month) where you made the upgrade.
We accept Visa, Mastercard yet and American Express, Discover, JCB will arrive. Depending on your geographic region, We also supports additional payment networks, including transfers.
Dekopon Stack is required to collect tax in several countries around the world. This tax is generally referred to as VAT (Value Added Tax), consumption or sales tax. Prices listed on our website are exclusive of taxes. 5% tax will be added to your invoice as a separate line item.
Stored snapshots will cost $0.10/GB per month - pricing subject to change.
DDoS Protection adds 10Gbps of mitigation capacity per instance and costs an additional $12/mo.
Invoices for cloud hosting services prior to January 1st 2017 00:00 UTC represent start and end times in the United States Eastern Standard Time zone. All invoices after this date will reflect start and end times in UTC.

You can add authorized account users to specify multiple billing contacts. The Account holder can customize account user notifications and settings at https://my.dekoponstack.com/index.php?rp=/account/users#inviteNewUser. Users must be granted 'Manage Billing' and 'Create support ticket access.
Two factor authentication allows you to configure an additional means of authentication on your account. When logging into Dekopon Stack, you are prompted with an additional login step after entering your password. This adds extra security to your account. We support Google Authenticator.
